TMK parachutes in HCC’s Brad Irick to advise on governance
TMK, one of Lloyd’s largest (re)insurers, has parachuted in a senior Houston-based executive from sister company Tokio Marine HCC to further improve its operational and management effectiveness after it posted its second annual loss in a row.
