ISC buys film production PA Abacus and eyes further M&A

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) has completed a deal to buy Los Angeles-based film production and entertainment specialist MGA Abacus, capping a year that saw the KKR-backed firm grow premium volume by a third to $400mn as it rolled out several new programs, The Insurer can reveal.
