Hallmark shares slide another 13% after auto charge and exit

Hallmark Financial shares may now be undervalued after trading down more than 30 percent in the last three days in response to the carrier’s exit from binding primary commercial auto and a $56.1mn Q4 reserve charge, according to Boenning Inc equity analyst Robert Farnam.
