Insurers to pay $46.8mn settlement under Weinstein bankruptcy plan

Insurers have agreed to pay $46.8mn under a bankruptcy plan for The Weinstein Company (TWC), which includes a $18.9mn settlement agreed with New York’s attorney general for women who experienced sexual misconduct and workplace harassment by Harvey Weinstein.
