MDL panel declines to centralise hundreds of US Covid-19 BI cases

The US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) has turned down two petitions seeking to centralise Covid-19 business interruption (BI) cases, but the door was left open for insurer-specific MDLs involving Lloyd’s, Cincinnati Insurance, The Hartford and Society Insurance.
