District court judge denies Cincinnati motion to dismiss BI suit
Stating the plaintiffs had adequately alleged a direct “physical loss”, a judge has denied a Cincinnati Financial motion to dismiss in what is being viewed as the first setback for insurers at the summary judgement stage in a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case.
