Moody’s affirms Hyperion debt ratings on A-plan deal

Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed the debt ratings of Hyperion Insurance Group (HIG) ahead of the intermediary’s debt-funded acquisition of UK personal and commercial lines broker A-Plan Group.
