The Hartford’s Elliot to retire as Tooker gets bigger role

The Hartford’s long-time president Doug Elliot is retiring at year-end after 11 years in the role, with head of middle and large commercial Mo Tooker taking on expanded oversight of the insurer’s global specialty and sales and distribution operations.
