Society denied appeal of bellwether rulings in Covid-19 BI MDL
An Illinois judge has ruled that Society Insurance cannot appeal the denial of the insurer’s dismissal and summary judgment motions in a multi-district litigation (MDL) of Covid-19 business interruption disputes.
