NJ judge throws out fashion brand’s $1.2bn Covid case against insurers

A New Jersey state court judge has granted six insurers’ motion to dismiss a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case brought by the owner of fashion brands Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors.
