Fitch: Smaller homeowners specialists more vulnerable to Ida

Ratings agencies Fitch and Moody’s have highlighted that Hurricane Ida will largely be an earnings event for the industry although some smaller insurers may suffer more significant impacts, with the storm looking like being the largest insured catastrophe of this year so far.
