Covéa’s Derez replaces Dowd as PartnerRe chairman after takeover closes
In connection with the close of Covéa’s acquisition of PartnerRe, the French mutual’s CEO Thierry Derez will replace Brian Dowd as chairman of the Bermudian reinsurer’s board of directors.
