10th Circuit latest court to rule in an insurer’s favour in Covid-19 BI appeal

The Tenth Circuit has become the latest US appeals court to uphold an insurer’s win in Covid-19 business interruption litigation, handing a Tokio Marine subsidiary a victory over a non-profit organisation that provides community services and operates retail stores and donation centres in central Oklahoma.
