Delaware high court rules Chubb need not defend Rite Aid in opioid litigation

The Supreme Court of Delaware has overturned a lower court ruling and declared that four Chubb subsidiaries do not have a duty to defend Rite Aid in opioid litigation brought by two governmental agencies.
