R&Q shares dip as shareholders recast votes on £482mn go-private deal

Shares in Randall & Quilter (R&Q) closed more than 2 percent lower on Monday as investors reacted to news after markets closed on Friday that the run-off specialist and program manager had failed to secure shareholder approval for its proposed £482mn ($606mn) transaction with Brickell.
