Madison Dearborn buys out remaining Amynta stake from AmTrust

Chicago-based private equity house Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) has expanded its majority stake in MGA operator Amynta after acquiring the remaining outstanding shares in the firm held by AmTrust.
