FINSAC confirms £150mn IPO with Aeolus’ Aditya Dutt among sponsor team

FINSAC has this morning confirmed its intention to raise £150mn ($196mn) through the listing of its Financials Acquisition Corp special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) on the London Stock Exchange.
