NSW Supreme Court rules against Willis Re in Harden gardening leave dispute

A two-year restraint period imposed by Willis Re on Michael Harden, who resigned as president of the broker’s Asia Pacific operations on 26 June last year, was unreasonable, the New South Wales Supreme Court has ruled.
