Transactional risk advisory firm Birch Risk Advisors launches with AmTrust backing

Ex-Goldman Sachs executives Steve Bunson and Barry Sklar have partnered with insurance veterans Sheldon Elefant and David Danesh to launch Birch Risk Advisors, which is backed by AmTrust Financial.
