Storm Ciaran industry loss estimate surpasses €2bn: Perils

Loss aggregator Perils has disclosed a third industry loss estimate of €2.043bn ($2.19bn) for Storm Ciaran, which affected France, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands from 1 to 2 November 2023.
