Generali P&C CR rises to 91% but analysts “positively surprised”
Italian insurer Generali has posted a first quarter P&C combined ratio of 91.0 percent, a slight deterioration year on year owing to an increased loss ratio of 61.7 percent as a result of a lower current year discounting benefit.
