CinFin shares close up 6% after Q4 preannouncement

Investors sent Cincinnati Financial’s share price up 6 percent on Monday following the Ohio-based carrier revealing its fourth quarter results will include $161mn in Winter Storm Elliott losses but a better than expected underlying combined ratio.
