A-Cap and ING Capital seek to intervene in Leadenhall’s 777 fraud suit
US insurance group Advantage Capital Holdings and one of its subsidiaries have sought to intervene in ILS manager Leadenhall Capital Partners’ explosive fraud suit against 777 Partners, arguing they are owed hundreds of millions of dollars by the beleaguered Miami investment firm.
