WTW: M&A activity “significantly down” but still shows resilience

Global M&A activity has slowed from the record number of deals in 2021 but the market has demonstrated resilience against geopolitical headwinds and global financial uncertainty, according to WTW’s Quarterly Deal Performance Monitor.
