TransRe’s Hojnowski: D&O cedes coming down but not by enough

D&O ceding commissions are coming down but further reductions are necessary to solve a “math problem” for reinsurers as the loss ratios for the soft market years stiffens resolve, according to TransRe’s Danny Hojnowski.
