Newpoint Re assigned B+ FSR by AM Best
Newpoint Reinsurance Company Ltd’s “very strong” balance sheet strength and “adequate” operating performance have seen the surety and trade finance, treaty reinsurance and specialty MGA-supporting business being assigned a B+ financial strength rating (FSR) by AM Best following an accepted appeal.
