AM Best: DCC expenses for MPL and product liability remain elevated among casualty lines

Defence and cost containment (DCC) expenses for medical professional liability (MPL) and product liability are still elevated compared with other casualty coverage lines, despite MPL seeing some pandemic-related benefits in 2020, according to AM Best’s analysis.
