AJG to buy Horseshoe Insurance Services

Arthur J Gallagher’s captive and alternative risk transfer subsidiary Artex Risk Solutions has agreed a deal to acquire Bermudian insurance manager and ILS fund administrator Horseshoe Insurance Services Holdings.
