AM Best goes negative on Fidelis after completion of MGU split

AM Best has revised the outlook to negative from stable on its A (Excellent) financial strength ratings of Fidelis Insurance Bermuda (Fidelis) and its subsidiaries due to concerns over its $2bn+ MGU split.
