Amynta dispute with Clearview sellers over alleged “ponzi scheme” set for January hearing

A January Delaware court hearing has been scheduled to consider a motion to dismiss filed by the sellers of Clearview Risk in response to allegations made by Amynta’s TAG Agency Holdings of fraudulent misrepresentation of the finances of the acquired MGA, including inflated earnings that led it to overpay for the business.
