Aon to take Q3 $350mn-$400mn “clean break” WTW charge including retention measures

Aon has moved to ensure colleagues including those previously offered retention bonuses in relation to the Willis Towers Watson combination share in the firm’s growth potential going forward as it said it will take $350mn to $400mn of additional charges in Q3 as part of a “clean break” from the terminated deal.
