APCIA panel: Reinsurance “a very good deal”, but relevance at threat if price pushes continue

Reinsurance remains “a very good deal” for cedants, Munich Re’s Kerri Hamm told delegates at the APCIA Annual Meeting in Boston, while broking executives have warned reinsurers that their relevance is at threat as they continue to push for higher attachment points and further price increases.
