Arch-backed Premia wins costs cap battle with AmTrust over Syndicate 1861 RITC

Legacy specialist Premia and parent company Arch have won a long-running legal battle with AmTrust after a London court found they were entitled to cap millions of pounds in costs incurred through the reinsurance to close of AmTrust’s now defunct Syndicate 1861.
