Argo criticises Bobman’s board slate, questions fund’s status as “long-term” investor

Bermuda-based specialty insurer Argo has gone on the offensive in responding to attacks levelled by activist shareholder Capital Returns, saying on Wednesday that the investment firm’s board candidates would “diminish” the level of expertise among its cohort of directors.
