Arizona judge throws out Covid-19 BI case against Chubb unit

In the latest favourable coronavirus ruling for insurers in the US courts, an Arizona federal judge has backed Chubb unit Illinois Union Insurance in ruling that a holiday resort’s Covid-19 losses are not covered under its premises pollution liability policy.
