Berkshire shareholders reject climate disclosure proposals and keep Buffett chairman

Berkshire Hathaway shareholders at the annual meeting have rejected proposals for the conglomerate to disclose more about climate-related risks and to have an independent chairman, while Warren Buffett criticized Wall Street for turning the stock market into a “gambling parlor”.
