Boy Scouts’ revised bankruptcy plan would assign insurance rights to $750mn trust

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has revised its bankruptcy plan, with a new filing outlining a $750mn trust to settle around 84,000 sexual abuse claims, with the association’s insurance rights assigned to the trust.
