Delta appoints power attorney Boies in the aftermath of CrowdStrike outage

Delta Air Lines has hired law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, led by prominent attorney David Boies, to explore the pursuit of potential damages from the CrowdStrike outage earlier this month, according to reports.
