Dual confirms O’Connor as CEO North America

Howden Group Holdings’ underwriting arm Dual has confirmed the hire of James O’Connor from Willis Towers Watson as CEO of its North America platform to drive ambitious US growth plans in a move first revealed by The Insurer.
