Ex-Cooper Gay CEO Esser sues AFL trio in £9.38mn fraud and breach of contract claim

Former Cooper Gay CEO Toby Esser is accusing the founder and senior management team at AFL Insurance Brokers of fraudulently misrepresenting the company’s financials and using client trust accounts funds in a £9.38mn damages claim.
