FAC appoints Interpath to manage wind-down after scrapping plans for Lloyd’s SPAC

London-listed Financials Acquisition Corp has appointed Interpath as an independent adviser to oversee the liquidation of its operations and the return of payments to creditors after its insurance venture failed to raise sufficient funds from capital markets.
