FCA’s Rathi: Regulator over “difficult” staffing troubles

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) CEO Nikhil Rathi has declared that the UK’s City watchdog has overcome the “most difficult” of its staffing troubles, which reached boiling point earlier this year as employees hit out against recent pay and bonus changes.
