Fidelis confirmed as third defendant in AerCap’s $3.5bn Russian plane suit

London’s High Court has officially handed permission to Bermuda-London carrier Fidelis to defend itself in the $3.5bn litigation brought by the world’s largest aircraft lessor AerCap over aviation assets confiscated in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
