Florida’s Weston P&C faces insolvency following Demotech rating withdrawal

Weston Property & Casualty Insurance Company “is insolvent or about to become insolvent”, according to a filing by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, with the regulator recommending it become the fifth Floridian insurer to face delinquency proceedings this year.
