Gallagher sues Alliant and Stone Point over departure of 39 staff
Arthur J Gallagher has stepped up its litigation against Alliant – a frequent target of disputes over its hiring practices – filing a complaint in Delaware Chancery Court alleging an “illicit scheme to steal new business”.
