Goldman Sachs to acquire MGA platform Doxa

Fast-growing MGA platform Doxa Insurance Holdings - which has been under the majority ownership of Century Equity Partners for the past three years - has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
