GRP acquires healthcare broker PCH

UK broker consolidator Global Risk Partners (GRP) has acquired healthcare intermediary Premier Choice Healthcare (PCH) marking the first acquisition since PE house Searchlight Capital Partners completed its majority investment in the group.
