Hertz expects insurers to pay “meaningful portion” of $168mn settlement

Hertz Global Holdings has announced it will pay $168mn to settle claims from renters who said they were wrongly arrested on suspicion of auto theft, with the rental company stating it believes insurers will cover a meaningful portion of the settlement.
