HIGA welcomes High Court decision permitting FCA test case intervention

The Hospitality Insurance Group Action (HIGA) and its legal advisers Mishcon de Reya have welcomed a High Court decision allowing the action group to intervene in the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) landmark test case on Covid-19 BI claims.
