ILS fund Vida takes major R&Q stake after Brickell collateral dispute

Alternative asset manager Vida Capital has become one of Randall & Quilter (R&Q)’s largest shareholders with a 7.2 percent stake after the shares were pledged as collateral by Brickell, the insurance arm of Miami investor 777 Partners.
